We are pleased to announce that personal injury attorney Joel S. Hengstler is now partner at the firm.
Partner Joel Hengstler has represented Las Vegas clients in injury matters for over a decade. An Ohio native, his interest in the law began in college, where he was a member of forensic, mock trial, and moot court teams.
Joel has successfully negotiated settlements for thousands of personal injury clients during his years of practice, including countless arbitrations and mediations. He has also tried 15 jury trials to verdict.
Joel prizes client communication and sees it as the key to success, both at the negotiating table and in court. He has been named one of Nevada’s “Top 40 Under 40” by the National Trial Lawyers since 2014 and as a “Top 100 Civil Plaintiff.” The National Association of Distinguished Counsel recently named Joel as part of the Nation’s Top One Percent, an honor reserved for lawyers who meet the highest standard of excellence in the legal profession.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Joel spending time with his wife and four children, volunteering at local high schools, and performing on the Las Vegas community theater circuit.
