Sean Cosley is a Nevada-based trial attorney specializing in personal injury claims, including motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, and insurance bad faith. Sean joined The702Firm in 2025 as an Associate Attorney after passing the Nevada Bar Exam.

Prior to joining The702Firm, Sean moved to Las Vegas in 2021 to attend law school and has since made Las Vegas his home, dedicating himself to serving the Southern Nevada community through his legal practice. He earned his undergraduate degree in economics from the University of California, Davis, and his Juris Doctorate from UNLV’s William S. Boyd School of Law.

While in law school, Sean actively engaged in community service through Boyd’s outreach programs. As a volunteer, he helped teach a bankruptcy seminar at the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada and volunteered with the Truancy Diversion Program, a local initiative aimed at helping Clark County at-risk elementary students remain in school to achieve their educational
goals. Sean also previously clerked at a civil rights firm, where he developed a passion for advocating on behalf of underrepresented individuals—a commitment he brings to his work at The702Firm every day.

In his free time, Sean enjoys spending time with his dogs, cheering for his Las Vegas Raiders and Los Angeles Dodgers, exploring new local restaurants, and unsuccessfully attempting to improve his golf game.
