Taryn C. Luciani-Wittenwiler is a Nevada-admitted attorney whose background blends transactional finance, complex litigation support, and corporate workplace investigations—experience that supports practical, detail-oriented advocacy for clients.
Taryn began her legal career at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Princeton, New Jersey, where she represented lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions, advised financial institutions on regulatory issues, and performed due diligence and legal research and drafting across a range of issues.
After moving back to Las Vegas, Taryn served with MGM’s corporate team as a labor and employment/human resources paralegal, conducting investigatory interviews into allegations including harassment, retaliation, and discrimination and drafting position statements in response to agency charges, including the EEOC.
Taryn earned her J.D., cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law. She also spent time teaching, which strengthened her ability to distill complex ideas into clear, understandable concepts and sharpened the communication, planning, and organization skills she brings to client advocacy today. She has since returned to legal practice by choice, bringing renewed focus and passion to serving the individuals and families of Las Vegas.
When she isn’t racing between hearings, depositions, and arbitrations, Taryn competes in long-distance trail and road races across the U.S. and abroad. She also volunteers with her husband’s Rotary Club in Las Vegas and spends any free time with her pets, training, and reading.
