Dustin Birch graduated from the University of Utah in 2002 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and was awarded an International Relations Certificate. He graduated from the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary, America’s oldest law school, in 2007 and moved to Las Vegas.
Dustin has practiced in the personal injury realm his entire career. He began with a small plaintiff’s personal injury firm and then worked for one of Nevada’s premiere insurance defense firms. In his time as an insurance defense attorney, Dustin handled many of the firm’s largest cases, including several catastrophic injury cases where Plaintiffs were paralyzed as a result of their injuries. His time as an insurance defense attorney gives Dustin a unique perspective on how insurance companies handle personal injury claims and how to best maximize recover for his clients.
After leaving the world of insurance defense, Dustin returned to the work of helping injured Plaintiffs, where he was a partner in a small personal injury firm in Las Vegas. Dustin left that office to join the 702 Firm.
Dustin speaks Portuguese and loves spending time at home with his wife, daughter and son, and two dogs.
